Final Sale
For product safety reasons all sales are final. We do not honor refunds or accept exchanges for items damaged in transit or items that are defective. Melted shea does not qualify for an exchange or refund. Upon the receipt of a damaged item, we will send out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a store credit in the product amount only which may be used towards future shopping with us.
